Method

Preparation

  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add the mini marshmallows and stir until they are completely melted.
  • Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal; stir until well coated.
  • If desired, add food coloring to the mixture for a festive touch.
  • Let cool slightly, then mix in the sprinkles.
  • Grease your hands and shape the mixture into small balls.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool completely.

Notes
