  • 2 pieces ripe bananas Use ripe bananas for sweetness and easier slicing.
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or a sugar substitute) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon cooking spray or oil for the air fryer Used to prevent sticking.

Method

Preparation

  • Slice the bananas thinly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  • Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.

Cooking

  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  • Let cool before serving.
