Ingredients
- 4 large ripe peaches halved and pitted
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cloves
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2. Halve peaches and remove pits.
- 3. Place peaches cut-side up in a baking dish.
- 4. Add 1/2 tbsp butter into the center of each peach.
- 5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- 6. Sprinkle sugar mixture over each peach.
- 7. Bake 8–12 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- 8. Serve warm with ice cream.
