Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe peaches halved and pitted
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Halve peaches and remove pits.
  • 3. Place peaches cut-side up in a baking dish.
  • 4. Add 1/2 tbsp butter into the center of each peach.
  • 5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  • 6. Sprinkle sugar mixture over each peach.
  • 7. Bake 8–12 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • 8. Serve warm with ice cream.
