- 1 cup Pistachios Chopped or whole, as preferred
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust to taste
- 1 bunch Mint leaves For garnish
Method
Preparation
- Peel and segment the citrus fruits.
- Arrange the citrus segments on a serving tray.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey to taste to make the dip.
- Place the yogurt dip in the center of the tray.
- Sprinkle pistachios around the citrus segments and garnish with mint leaves.
