- 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- 1/3 cup honey Natural sweetener.
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 piece egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- pinch salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the melted butter.
- Stir in the honey, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
- Finally, add the flour and stir until just combined.
Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
Cooling
- Let cool before slicing.
