Method
Preparation
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, coconut milk, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Before serving, top with additional coconut flakes if desired.
