Ingredients

For the Coffee Gelatin

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (optional) Adjust to your taste.
  • 1/2 cup water Use to bloom gelatin.

Method

Preparation

  • Brew coffee and let it cool slightly.
  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
  • Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • Remove from heat, and mix in the brewed coffee and sweetener if using.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  • Slice into cubes and enjoy as a nutritious snack!
