Ingredients
For the Coffee Gelatin
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (optional) Adjust to your taste.
- 1/2 cup water Use to bloom gelatin.
Method
Preparation
- Brew coffee and let it cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
- Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat, and mix in the brewed coffee and sweetener if using.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
- Slice into cubes and enjoy as a nutritious snack!

Notes
