- 1 cup condensed milk Use sweetened condensed milk for best results.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened Ensure it's softened to room temperature.

Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and condensed milk until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until well combined.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
