- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

- as needed Tortilla chips for serving
Method
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the sweet corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Serve your Corn Dip chilled in a bowl surrounded by crispy tortilla chips.
- Garnish with extra chopped green onions or a sprinkle of cheese on top for a lovely presentation.

Notes
