  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Tortilla chips for serving

Method

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in the sweet corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve your Corn Dip chilled in a bowl surrounded by crispy tortilla chips.
  • Garnish with extra chopped green onions or a sprinkle of cheese on top for a lovely presentation.

Notes
