Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Fold in the nuts, dried fruits, and chocolate chips (if using).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on top.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
