Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or mix
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • 1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • 2. Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
  • 3. Taste and adjust sweetness, if desired.
