  • ¼ cup honey (60g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour (112g)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (90g)
  • ½ tsp baking soda (2g)
  • ¼ tsp salt (1g)

Method

Preparation

  • Add the cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Pour in the blended cottage cheese mixture and stir until well combined.

Baking

  • Spread the dough evenly in a greased skillet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
