Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour (112g)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (90g)
- ½ tsp baking soda (2g)
- ¼ tsp salt (1g)
Method
Preparation
- Add the cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Pour in the blended cottage cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
Baking
- Spread the dough evenly in a greased skillet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
