Method
Preparation
- In a blender, add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth. The mixture should be thick. If it’s still runny, add a spoonful more cottage cheese.
- Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
- After setting, spoon out a serving and enjoy, topping with whipped cream or berries if desired.

Notes
