Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cast-iron skillet or an oven-safe baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Baking
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges and serving warm.
