  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cast-iron skillet or an oven-safe baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Baking

  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges and serving warm.
