Method

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the cottage cheese and mixing well.
  • Fold in the fruit of your choice.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
