  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (such as stevia or erythritol)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.
  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains slightly gooey.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for a lava-like effect!
