- 8 oz pasta of choice Any type works well.
Method
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst and release their juices.
- Stir in cottage cheese and mix until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss with cooked pasta and serve, garnished with fresh basil.
