Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder to make a dough.
- Roll the dough into small buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Use your thumb to create a small indent in each bun.
- Fill each indent with pizza sauce and top with shredded mozzarella and desired toppings.
- Brush the buns with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
