  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce For filling the buns.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder to make a dough.
  • Roll the dough into small buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Use your thumb to create a small indent in each bun.
