Method

Preparation

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.

Chilling

  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and set.
