Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread the apples in an even layer in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, maple syrup, salt, and melted coconut oil or butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
