- 1 large green cabbage, chopped
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted For mixing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese Divided
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed For topping
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the chopped cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix the ranch dressing, cooked bacon, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the drained cabbage until well combined.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers on top.
- Drizzle with the remaining melted butter.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes
