Ingredients
For the Pork Chops
- 4 pieces pork chops Ensure they are at room temperature before cooking.
- 4 slices bacon Cook until crispy.
- 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half and half or full-fat coconut milk.
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant.

Method
Cooking the Bacon
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
Cooking the Pork Chops
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
- Sear on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Dijon mustard, stirring until combined.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
Finishing the Dish
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce.
- Crumble the crispy bacon on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
