Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the brown sugar mixture over them.
- Make sure the chicken is well-coated.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
