Method
Cooking Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add cream (or non-dairy substitute) and grated Parmesan (or nutritional yeast). Stir until well combined.
- Add chili oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
