Method

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and add cream (or non-dairy substitute) and grated Parmesan (or nutritional yeast). Stir until well combined.
  • Add chili oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Combining Ingredients

  • Mix in the cooked pasta, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce.
