Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
Baking
- In a baking dish, place the cabbage wedges and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cabbage is tender and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
