Pasta Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta Any type of pasta can be used.
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef Can be substituted with ground turkey or chicken.
- 4 cloves garlic, minced For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes while cooking.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream Can be replaced with half-and-half or milk for a lighter version.
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can use Pecorino Romano or Grana Padano as alternatives.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Cooking
- Stir in the butter and let it melt.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
