- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or your choice)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Method
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the beef sauce and toss to coat.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. You can add extra Parmesan cheese on top for more flavor.
