Method
Cooking the Steak
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes without stirring, until a golden crust forms.
- Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.
- Stir well and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
