- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth

Method
Preparation
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through; remove and slice.
Cooking
- In the same pot, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, broccoli, and carrots, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Add sliced chicken back to the pot and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
