  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup baby carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through; remove and slice.

Cooking

  • In the same pot, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, broccoli, and carrots, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  • Add sliced chicken back to the pot and mix well.
