- 4 pork chops

Method
Preparation
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper and place them on top of the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, minced garlic, chopped onion, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the pork chops.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender.
Serving
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
