- 1 package Gnocchi Use fresh gnocchi for the best texture.
- 2 cups Marinara sauce Choose your favorite brand or homemade.
- 1 cup Light cream Adjust thickness by adding more as desired.
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated for better incorporation.
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
- 1/4 cup White wine Optional, but adds depth to the sauce.
- 1/2 cup Fresh mozzarella cheese Add at the end for cheesiness.
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped for garnish and flavor.
Method
Preparation
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add light cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and white wine to the sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in fresh basil and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook until mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Serve Creamy Gnocchi with Red Sauce hot, garnished with extra fresh basil or Parmesan cheese.

Notes
