Method

Preparation

  • Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  • Stir in heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese, mixing until combined.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, and gently toss to coat.
