- 8 oz Feta cheese Crumble before adding.
- 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing the garlic and spinach.
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced Adjust according to taste.
- 1 cup Heavy cream Can substitute with a plant-based alternative for a vegan version.
- to taste Salt Adjust seasonings as desired.
- to taste Pepper Freshly ground black pepper works best.
Method
Preparation
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Cooking
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Stir in heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese, mixing until combined.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, and gently toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
