Method
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese to the dressing.
- Stir until well combined.
