Method

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and gochujang until smooth.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. If using mushrooms, sauté them until golden brown.
  • Add the cooked ramen to the skillet and mix well with the bacon or mushrooms.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, ensuring the residual heat cooks the eggs.
