Pasta and Base Ingredients
- 8 oz Rotini pasta Cooked according to package instructions.
- 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes Chopped.
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil Chopped.
Seasoning and Garnish
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, for garnishing.
- to taste Cracked pepper
- to taste Chili flakes Add more for extra spice.
- to taste Salt
Method
Preparation
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with cracked pepper, chili flakes, and salt to taste.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with Parmesan cheese.

Notes
