Ingredients

Pasta and Base Ingredients

  • 8 oz Rotini pasta Cooked according to package instructions.
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil Chopped.

Seasoning and Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, for garnishing.
  • to taste Cracked pepper
  • to taste Chili flakes Add more for extra spice.
  • to taste Salt

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with cracked pepper, chili flakes, and salt to taste.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
