Method
Preparation
- Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg until well mixed.
- Dip each cod fillet into the egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even layer.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated cod fillets inside.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping the fillets halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- Let the cod rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
