- 8 pieces corn tortillas Warm before filling to prevent breaking.

- 1 cup enchilada sauce Pour over tacos before serving.
Method
Preparation
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm the corn tortillas in another pan.
Assembly
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the tacos.
