  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or a blend works well.
  • 8 pieces corn tortillas Warm before filling to prevent breaking.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Adjust the spice level to your preference.
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce Pour over tacos before serving.

Method

Preparation

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in another pan.

Assembly
