Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them out to form chips.
  • Lightly spray the tops with oil for extra crispiness.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
