Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading them out slightly to form thin rounds.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
- Allow to cool before serving.
