- 2 large onions
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
- as needed Olive oil spray
Method
Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the onions into thin rings.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring into the breadcrumb mixture to coat them well.
- Place the coated rings on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the onion rings with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
