Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
  • In a bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Baking

  • Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes
