Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roasting
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serving
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.

Notes
