  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roasting

  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Serving

  • Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
