- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with whole wheat flour for denser crackers.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped Feel free to substitute with dried herbs.
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, sea salt, rosemary, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until thin.
- Cut into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.

Notes
