  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with whole wheat flour for denser crackers.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped Feel free to substitute with dried herbs.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, sea salt, rosemary, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until thin.
  • Cut into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool before serving.
