Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Shred the chicken in the crock pot and mix well with the sauce.
Serving
- Plate the angel hair pasta and generously ladle the creamy chicken mixture over it.
- Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top for a fresh touch.
