Method

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir to combine the ingredients.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve over rice or pasta and garnish with fresh basil.
