- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese Can be replaced with mozzarella or parmesan.

Method
Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the sauce.
Serving
- Serve over rice or pasta and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes
