Ingredients
For the Fajitas
- 1 lb chicken breasts or beef strips
- 3 pieces bell peppers (various colors), sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper

Method
Preparation
- Place the chicken or beef in the crockpot.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion on top of the meat.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken or beef with two forks and mix everything together.
Serving
- Serve in tortillas, over rice, or on its own.

Notes
