- 1/2 cup honey Adjust according to taste.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce Low sodium soy sauce can be used for a healthier option.
- 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Optional, but adds a nice tang.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish Adds color and freshness.
Method
Preparation
- Place the chicken thighs in the Crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce overnight before cooking. For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken once done and cook the sauce on the stove until it thickens.
