  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Low sodium soy sauce can be used for a healthier option.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Optional, but adds a nice tang.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish Adds color and freshness.

Method

Preparation

  • Place the chicken thighs in the Crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  • Serve garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
