Ingredients

Liquids

  • 4 cups vegetable broth Use low-sodium if preferred.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Add after cooking vegetables.

Finishing ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Stir in until melted.

Method

Preparation
