Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks Use fresh or thawed.

For the Sauce

  • 1 packet brown gravy packet
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)

Seasonings

  • to taste seasoned salt
  • to taste onion powder
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste Italian seasoning
  • to taste black pepper

Method

Preparation

  • In the crockpot, combine water, brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, sliced bell peppers, and onions.
  • Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the mixture and season with seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours until the chicken is tender.

Serving

  • Serve the tender chicken and sauce over rice or your favorite noodles.
