  • 1 box stuffing mix Any brand or flavor of stuffing mix will work.
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth Use homemade broth for added flavor if desired.
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion

Method

Preparation

  • In a crockpot, combine the boxed stuffing mix, broth, diced celery, and diced onion.
  • Stir until all ingredients are blended well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the vegetables are tender and the stuffing is heated through.
